The client will also be able to virtually walk around the house, gauging the size of the rooms as well as the flow of the design. Ant changes can easily be made to the design at the concept stage and the 3-D model updated before the client is confident to proceed. Johnstone & Johnson uses the latest version of Graphisoft Archicad which results in a quicker turnaround in the design process. Indicative times for a complex multi-storey off-form concrete residence are four elapsed weeks after the initial signing for the production of a 3-D Concept model and eight weeks after design acceptance for the completion of DA documents.
