In a bushland setting on Sydney's North Shore this passive solar residence will feature rendered masonry walls and natural stone cladding and a green roof over the ground floor. Spread over two stories, the house will have five bedrooms, five bathrooms and a four car garage. As well as the generous open plan living, there will be a rumpus room containing a bar and full height glazing to capture the natural sunlight and views. The interior architecture also features natural stone bench tops, custom built-in sinks and hardwood timber veneer joinery.
