Another Johnstone & Johnson design, one that has a bushland view. The house features rendered masonry walls and natural stone cladding, in keeping with Johnstone & Johnstone’s ethos of sustainable or solar passive design as well as a green roof over the ground floor. This two storey house will have five bedrooms, five bathrooms and a four car garage. As well as open plan living, there is a rumpus room with a bar and full height glazing to capture the natural sunlight and views. The interior architecture also features natural stone benchtops, custom built-in sinks and hardwood timber veneer joinery.
