The house features off form concrete and natural stone cladding on the exterior of the house, in keeping with Johnstone & Johnstone’s ethos of sustainable or solar passive design. This single storey at the front and three storey at the rear design features five bedrooms, five bathrooms and a four car garage with an infinity pool overlooking Pittwater, a rumpus room and bar, full height glazing to capture the natural sunlight and views and green roofs over the ground floor, first floor and second floor. The interior architecture features a cantilevered steel staircase with hardwood timber floating treads and natural stone benchtops with custom built-in sinks.
