The house features off form concrete and natural stone cladding on the exterior of the house, in keeping with Johnstone & Johnstone’s ethos of sustainable or solar passive design. This four storey house features five bedrooms, five bathrooms and two garages, one for four cars and another garage facing a secondary street accommodating two cars. There is also a six car court. As well as open plan living, there is a pool with a spa, a gym as well as a hidden cellar and a rumpus room with a bar. There is a floating concrete stair over which there is a skylight, with full height glazing to capture the natural sunlight and views. The interior architecture also features natural stone benchtops, custom built-in sinks and hardwood timber veneer joinery.
