Another Johnstone & Johnson design that has a waterfront or ocean view, in this case over the ocean at Maroobra, Sydney. The construction features off form concrete, rendered masonry walls and natural stone cladding, the three storey design featuring five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a three car garage with an infinity edge pool overlooking the ocean and a bar, with full height glazing to capture the natural sunlight and sea views, plus green roof over the basement and ground floor of the house. The interior architecture features a cantilevered steel staircase with hardwood timber veneer, custom sinks and natural stone benchtops.
